RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee pre-opening and daily restaurant operations
- Maintain strong floor presence and service standards
- Lead, train. And develop the team
- Implement and maintain SOPs and operational procedures
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams
- Manage scheduling and operational readiness
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery
- Support recruitment and onboarding
- Drive operational improvements and efficiency
- Report regularly to the Group Operations Manager
