Production Technician

Join our manufacturing team and support daily maintenance and production technical operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates or students close to graduation who are looking to develop their careers in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry while gaining hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Daily management and administration of the Maintenance or operation in a Production Technical area (We have two open positions):

Maintenance Administrator: Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Capital projects, TPM Plan, Time-Outs Oversee the daily management and administration of the Maintenance Department.

Production Technical: Monitor equipment performance and production processes. Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. Support compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing the final semester of an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 is desirable.
• Internship, co-op, or practical experience in a metal-mechanical or automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Upper-Intermediate English .
