INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL ENGINEER

The Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Planning Engineer plans and organizes all electrical and control system maintenance activities in bunker-fired and diesel power plants. He/She prepares maintenance schedules, manpower plans, spare parts lists, and shutdown activities for generators, switch gear, transformers, motors, sensors, control panels, PLC systems, and protection devices.He ensures that both electrical power systems and plant control systems are properly maintained and ready for operation.

Qualifications/Requirements: Able to generate work-orders & planned maintenance. Able to solve and give solutions to problems encountered by day-to- day maintenance activities. Knowledgeable and equipped with technical skills on Electrical & Instrumentation systems to complete work to the proper standard. Has the skill to be able to work in varying shifts and working during their days off to deal with some unplanned Electrical plant problems. Has the skill to work with other plant maintenance planners and coordination of simultaneous planning works.
