Odoo Specialist

We are looking for an Odoo Specialist to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our Odoo ERP system from configuration and data management to system enhancement and ongoing maintenance across departments. This role covers both functional and technical (developer-level) work, so you'll need to be comfortable configuring the system AND understanding how it works under the hood.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Odoo modules based on operational needs (Accounting, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, POS, Sales)
• Define and implement system settings, workflows, and user access controls
• Manage and validate data migration and master data accuracy
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements
• Develop functional specifications for new features and enhancements
• Coordinate with developers for customizations and integrations (if required)
• Monitor system performance and ensure proper maintenance and updates
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical/functional support to users

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Odoo ERP functional AND/OR technical (developer)
• Experience in system configuration, module setup, and data management
• Good communication skills, able to work cross-functionally
• Experience in Python or Odoo development is a plus
• Prior experience in F&B or Hospitality industry is a plus

• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, willing to be placed in Gili Air, North Lombok
