QA Automation AI

Job Description:

• Develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases covering the AI model through the application layer.
• Perform functional and quality testing of AI models and AI-powered applications.
• Validate AI outputs against predefined business, functional, and quality requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies in AI model and application behavior.
• Conduct regression testing following model, system, or application updates.
• Evaluate the quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Designers, and Product Managers to resolve identified issues.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, test results, and testing documentation.
• Support user validation and acceptance testing when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in QA, Software Testing, AI Testing, or a similar role.
• Have experience working on at least 2 projects relevant to software/AI testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience creating test scenarios, test cases, test plans, and test reports.
• Experience in testing AI/ML models or AI-powered applications is highly preferred.
• Understanding of functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Familiarity with API testing and tools such as Postman is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to identify inconsistencies in system and AI outputs.
