Role: Sales Manager
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly

Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturdays: As required for client inspections and business activities

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, marketing the company’s real estate products, closing sales, building long-term client relationships, and supporting business growth. The role requires regular site inspections, client meetings, and active participation in business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and direct marketing.
- Market and sell the company’s real estate properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling property presentations and sales proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions.
- Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain an accurate database of prospects and clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities representing the company.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections and business development activities.
- Applicants must reside within the Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, or nearby environs.
