Our office located *in Etobicoke, Ontario *provides a full range of dental services from hygiene to complex surgeries. We currently have 2 dentists and one specialist on staff. Our mission is to ensure our patients receive the best oral health care possible. We are currently hiring a *H.A.R.P. Certified Floater/Dental Assistant* and are actively accepting applicants looking for a rewarding career in a fast-paced and growing environment. *What We Offer:*
- Competitive hourly wages (above industry averages)
- Paid professional development/training
- Monday to Friday, and an occasional Saturday
- Monday 10-6, Tuesday 9-4, Wednesday 9-6, Thursday 9-6, Fri 9-2
- 1 Sat / month from Sept - June
*Requirements:*
- Some dental experience is preferred, but not a deal-breaker
- must be H.A.R.P. Certified
- Dental knowledge would be an asset
- A friendly and positive attitude is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*May Require Occasional Dental Administrator Responsibilities:*
- Support the treatment manager and hygiene coordinator
- Monitor the schedule to plan an optimal day
- Ability to multi-task
- Organized and efficient
- Work with insurance companies to help patient optimize their dental benefits
- Provide exceptional guest services for our clients
- Follow up with patients for treatment and recare
