DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our team in Olathe, Kansas . This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple priorities, and supporting a fast-paced sales team.
In this role, you’ll help keep the sales process moving by handling billing, sales order processing, customer communication, and other administrative responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Support the sales team with advanced sales order processing, billing, and administrative tasks
Process purchasing lines, change orders, pre-liens, cost estimates, and sales order billing
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers before, during, and after the sale
Assist with contract processing and other sales-related documentation
Generate departmental reports and utilize company software systems
Help assess and resolve customer-related questions and issues
Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
Billing experience preferred
AR/AP experience is a plus
Ability to work overtime when needed
