Operations Manager

DeStream is looking for an Operations Manager to build clear processes, improve coordination between teams, and ensure tasks, deadlines, decisions and blockers are properly tracked. We’re looking for someone organized, hands-on and experienced in building operational processes from scratch. Fluent English is required; Russian is a plus.

Build and improve the company’s operational structure.

Clearly define roles, responsibilities and ownership across teams.

Create simple and effective workflows between departments.

Set up and maintain one central system for operations management.

Make sure tasks, deadlines, owners, blockers, decisions and key documents are properly tracked and updated.

Develop internal processes, procedures and reporting standards.

Monitor team and project performance.

Identify operational problems, risks and bottlenecks.

Make sure important issues are escalated and resolved on time.

Provide management with clear and accurate status updates.

Ensure important decisions and agreements are documented and not kept only in chats or verbal discussions.

3+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations or a similar role.

Experience building processes and operational systems from scratch.

Experience coordinating several departments or teams.

Good understanding of IT, digital, fintech or streaming environments.

Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience using project or operations management tools.

Ability to manage deadlines, dependencies, blockers and ownership.

Fluent English.

Russian is a plus.
