Job Responsibilities Oversee the company’s strategic direction and corporate governance Provide guidance to senior management on business operations, financial performance, and organizational development Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, clients, and regulatory bodies Support expansion initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and regional business development activities Participate in Board meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making Review operational performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Represent the company at business meetings, conferences, and industry events where required Mentor and support leadership teams across various business functions Requirements Extensive senior management or executive leadership experience Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities Experience in corporate governance and stakeholder management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage complex business operations across multiple regions
