Our German branch plays a key role in the expansion of Germany’s energy infrastructure by contributing to complex Energies projects. Your Role Overall responsibility for the operational construction process: You keep an eye on compliance with quality, deadlines and costs.

Interface between project management and construction sites: You will report to the project management and ensure smooth coordination between the construction site and management.

Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers: You will efficiently manage the cooperation with external partners in order to optimize the construction processes.

Optimization of processes: You will analyze existing processes, identify potential for increasing efficiency and drive innovation in construction.

Your Profile Professional qualifications: A degree in civil engineering.

Several years of experience as a construction manager or senior site manager: You have already coordinated several construction sites.

Leadership skills and assertiveness: You can motivate teams and manage construction sites efficiently.

In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and billing: You have knowledge of VOB/BGB, claim management and construction cost control.

You are willing to relocate to Germany and being flexible to go on-site.
