Dental Administrator ? Part-Time, Permanent
We are looking for a *positive, motivated, and experienced Dental Administrator* to join our friendly and professional dental team. This is a *part-time, permanent position*, with preference given to candidates who have *at least one year of experience in a dental office*.
We are a general dentistry practice committed to providing high-quality, ethical, transparent, and compassionate care to our patients. We take pride in creating a *welcoming, supportive, and positive work environment* where teamwork and patient care are our top priorities.
Our office uses *ClearDent dental software*, and experience with the system is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of a dental office, including:
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls and patient inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Managing accounts receivable (A/R)
- Verifying and checking dental insurance coverage
- Processing and submitting dental insurance claims
- Patient billing and payment processing
- Managing patient recalls and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience
- Supporting the dental team with other administrative duties as required
