Qualifications

ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. 2. Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and schedules own work activities to complete assignments in timely and effective manner. 3. Makes decisions and recommendations clearly linked to the organization’s finance and acquisition or strategy, engagement and evaluation strategy, while taking into account customer and client needs. 4. Leads efforts to develop finance and acquisition or strategy, engagement and evaluation performance measurements and select levels of information required by decision makers. 5. Direct efforts to interpret and advise others on applicable finance and acquisition or strategy, engagement and evaluation policies, regulations, requirements, laws and principles having Agency, IC, and DoD-wide impacts. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. DAWIA Program Management Certification. 2. Proficiency in the use of DIA financial management systems. 3. IPPBE experience or experience managing Organization’s financial portfolio ensuring internal areas operate within budgetary milestones and budget constraints.
