Daily tasks

• Collect requirements from business stakeholders within program
• Document requirements as features and user stories
• Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to developers
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
• Analyze and understand business and system dependencies
• Onboard quickly and contribute effectively within a large-scale transformation program

Requirements

Requirements: Proven experience in Statements and Reporting  Professional knowledge of statements and reporting processes  Strong experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank  Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst  Ability to independently drive requirements management from collection to developer handover  Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments with multiple dependencies  Ability to quickly understand complex environments and onboard rapidly  Fluent English communication skills  Experience working in large-scale programs involving approximately 300+ employees 

Nice to have: Experience working in a Nordic bank  Hands-on experience with Hadoop
