Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Business Growth
- Meet with corporate clients and understand their business requirements and opportunities
- Present and explain relevant products and services on behalf of our brand partners
- Communicate solutions clearly and address client questions
- Support customer acquisition and business growth initiatives
- Conduct client follow-ups and maintain regular communication
- Contribute towards individual and team business objectives
- Gather client feedback and work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement
Training & Development
- Participate in morning team meetings and regular training sessions
- Learn about products, campaigns, client engagement and business development strategies
- Receive ongoing coaching and feedback from experienced team members
- Develop skills in B2B sales, communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management
This is a client-facing role rather than a desk-bound one. You will spend a significant part of your day meeting businesses and developing professional relationships.
