Systems Support Analyst

Do you enjoy training and supporting IT users ? I am recruiting 2 x Systems Support Analysts , required to work in Horsham with travel in the UK occasionally Although the position of Systems Support Analyst supports our software systems, it is not an IT-focused role . We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is confident training and supporting staff on how to use the systems.

There will be some data migration and data analysis involved, but this is only a small part of the role.

The ideal candidate would have: Experience within the financial services sector Strong communication and presentation skills. Confidence delivering training A customer-focused approach. Knowledge of Intelliflo office, acre and dynamic planner preferred. Financial services experience is preferred, but we would consider candidates from other sectors if you can demonstrate a genuine interest in the industry, for example through self-study, industry qualifications, or plans to take exams and build a career in financial services.

The role requires some travel across the UK and Northern Ireland, mainly during new system implementations. This is expected to be concentrated over approximately three months of the year, with occasional overnight stays of up to three days. Outside of implementation periods, travel is likely to be minimal.

The salary is £35,000 . 3 months office based whilst on probation, after this hybrid working, Further flexibility around working arrangements (in addition to the hybrid model) may be considered following successful completion of probation.
