What You’ll Do:
- Help customers find the perfect new or used vehicle
- Build lasting relationships and generate repeat/referral business
- Stay up to date on Ford product knowledge and technology
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of Automotive sales experience preferred or transferable experience
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
