• Present the menu, explain dishes, and provide food & beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and bar team.
• Serve food and beverages following BITTO’s service standards.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Handle guest requests professionally and resolve concerns with care.
• Work closely with the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience every day.
