Job Description & Requirements Prepare South and North Indian Cuisine Supervise the preparation of misen place daily according to recipe Work with Master Chef to plan and create special dishes monthly for promotion Supervise the preparation of masala mix for tandoor meats Oversee the Tandoor operations and ensure tandoor temperature is constantly maintained to the required standard Supervise the preparation of the spice grinding and texture Maintain and keep up to date the recipes to prepare a variety of Naan breads and kebabs. Monitor proper marination and cuts for meats and vegetables Train kitchen staff Comply with the stipulated hygiene standards by the authorities
