We're looking for a reliable, energetic, and hardworking Full-Time Team Member to join our team!
What you'll do:
- Prepare and bake cookies according to Crumbl standards
- Mix dough and prepare frostings/toppings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workplace
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Support daily store operations and production
What we're looking for:
- Full-time availability
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous food-service or baking experience is an asset, but training is provided
