SHIP COOK

Plan and prepare daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required. Prepare nutritious and balanced meals suitable for the crew's dietary needs. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in the galley, pantry, and dining areas. Check the quality and condition of food deliveries and report spoiled or damaged items. Perform other galley-related duties assigned by the Master.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• With at least 1 year experience in any type of vessel
• Must be holding National COOK COC
• Must be holding relevant documents and STCW Certificates.

With experience in Arabic, Indian and Continental dishes.
