We’re Hiring – Operational Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operational Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations management or a similar managerial position.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage and coordinate daily operational activities effectively.

Able to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Able to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders in English.

Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Willing to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily business operations.

Ensure operational processes run efficiently and effectively.

Lead and supervise the operations team.

Monitor performance and implement improvements when needed.

Coordinate with different departments to achieve operational goals.

Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented.
