IT support

Job Responsibilities Provide first-level IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software and system-related issues. Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, email, Microsoft 365 and other workplace applications. Manage user accounts, access permissions and basic IT security requirements. Monitor IT equipment and assist with system maintenance and upgrades. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents and support requests. Coordinate with external IT vendors when technical issues require further assistance. Provide technical support for new employee onboarding and offboarding. Ensure IT systems and equipment are operating smoothly on a daily basis. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or a similar technical role. Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and common office applications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and provide timely support to users. Singapore Citizens and PRs are welcome to apply.
