Handyman

Responsibilities:

Multi-skilled handymen to keep a residential compound's power, water, and systems working. The work is on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Carry out electrical repairs: bulbs, sockets, fittings, and fault-finding.

Carry out plumbing and water work: leaks, taps, pumps and tanks.

Handle routine pool dosing and first-line AC checks.

Complete assigned jobs with before-and-after photos, and assist visiting contractors.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience

A minimum of a degree in a related field
