Our client, an established manufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support daily production, equipment maintenance and process operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and support daily production runs
- Perform product and process conversions according to approved parameters
- Troubleshoot production issues and conduct basic root cause analysis
- Perform precision measurements and manual chemical analysis
- Carry out preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Monitor raw materials, chemicals and machine consumables
- Train operators according to SOPs and work instructions
- Work with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve line issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in semiconductor, PCB or substrate manufacturing is advantageous
- Basic Microsoft Office skills; MES or ERP knowledge is advantageous
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing the required PPE
- Detail-oriented, responsible and a good team player
