At cøpenhagen BALI, a clean and organised kitchen is essential to a smooth and efficient operation. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Steward to join our kitchen team in Uluwatu.

Your Responsibilities

• Wash and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Ensure clean equipment and utensils are available throughout service.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen floors, surfaces, and other operational areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean waste area.
• Support the kitchen team with general cleaning duties as required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, or Kitchen Cleaner is preferred.
• Experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Reliable, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be based in Uluwatu, Bali.
