Senior Product Engineer, Revenue Engine

Conveo is a Y Combinator-backed company in an active growth period. We started this year as a team of ~20 and are on track to reach ~120 people by year end. The people who join now have an outsized chance to shape how this company is built.

Our team sits within Engineering and builds Conveo’s automated revenue engine. You’ll work directly with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, with no product managers between you and your users. You’ll own features and entire products end to end, from spotting an opportunity to shipping working software. Reporting to the team lead, you’ll drive product and technical decisions, including when to build and when to buy, and put the latest AI capabilities to work. We iterate fast and aim to ship meaningful improvements every day.

BUILD CONVEO’S AUTOMATED REVENUE ENGINE

Conveo helps companies understand their customers through AI-moderated interviews and a knowledge base that builds with every study. Brands including Unilever, Google, and Canva use our platform. We’re building an AI-first company and applying that same approach to our own growth.

We’re building an increasingly autonomous revenue engine that identifies the right prospects, understands the people within each account, creates relevant outreach and content, and moves opportunities forward. Every conversation, campaign, and customer interaction adds context that makes the next action smarter.

Success means building an engine that finds more opportunities, turns them into revenue faster, and gets smarter with every interaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build prospecting and outbound systems. Automate lead sourcing, enrichment, and scoring. Create agents that research accounts, draft personalized outreach, and coordinate follow-ups.

• Help sales move deals forward. Build meeting briefs, extract insights and next steps from calls, automate CRM updates, and surface opportunities to act.

• Automate marketing workflows. Build systems for campaign audiences, content creation and repurposing, and measuring what drives pipeline.

• Help Customer Success grow accounts. Connect product usage and engagement signals to automate renewal preparation, spot risks, and identify expansion opportunities.

• Build the foundations that connect it all. Develop data pipelines, integrations, and shared knowledge systems that give people and agents the context they need, with interfaces in Slack and React.

• Own delivery and drive decisions. Sit with users, identify opportunities, and ship features and products end to end. Evaluate emerging tools, drive build-versus-buy decisions, and iterate daily based on feedback and results.

• Push AI-first development forward. Work at the bleeding edge of AI software development, using agents to build, review, and test. Turn emerging tools into everyday practice, and build the tooling, shared context, and guardrails that enable people across Conveo to create automations and contribute to the systems they use.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including working directly with customers to identify opportunities and deliver features end to end.

• Strong affinity with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Experience working in these functions is a plus.

• Strong full-stack skills across APIs, databases, background jobs, integrations, and usable interfaces.

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and using AI coding tools.

• Product judgment: you can turn an ambiguous user problem into a focused solution people use.

• Clear communication in English and the ability to work independently within a small team.

Experience with commercial workflows, CRM integrations, data pipelines, or production AI agents is a plus.
