Sales agent, native english - Call Center

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Identify and contact potential customers to offer our services.
• Consulting: Provide detailed and personalized information about our products and services.
• Data Management: Keep the customer and prospect database up to date.
• Meeting Goals: Achieve the sales targets set by the immediate supervisor in a timely and appropriate manner.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in a field related to sales or marketing
• Experience: At least 1 year in sales, call center, or customer service
• Technical Skills: Native English proficiency, computer literacy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Soft Skills:
• Creativity: Ability to develop innovative sales strategies
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail: Ability to follow the supervisor’s sales guidance.
