Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.

Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred

• Possess at least 5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in building works
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports
• Familiar with local codes & regulations

• Good communication and interpersonal skill
