Marketing Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design digital marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, ads, and other online assets.
• Develop Key Visuals, campaign, and event designs from concept to execution.
• Design offline marketing materials and POSM, including standees, posters, shelf displays, etc.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team in brainstorming, creative development, and visual execution.
• Utilize AI tools to support ideation, design, and production workflows.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure visual consistency across different communication channels and campaigns.
• Organize and maintain design assets and files properly. Localize and adapt regional marketing materials, including videos, brochures, source files, and other assets.
• Perform other design-related duties assigned by the Creative Lead.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2+ years of design experience, preferably in marketing, branding, social media, or technology.
• Understanding of digital, social media, and marketing design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Pr, Ae,…)
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus.
• English communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about visual communication.
• Responsible, deadline-driven, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn, grow, share ideas, and contribute as a team player.
• Interest in technology and tech products is a plus.
• Experience or interest in filming, photography, acting, or video editing is an advantage.
