Context Within the PIC/PMC project team in Hanoi, the Contract – Claim Manager will assist the Contract Manager (International expert) in Hanoi on all contract, cliam and risk matters in line with the project’s management framework and document control processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Law, Business, or related (master’s preferred).
• Good understanding of project management and construction contract administration.
• Very skilful in MS Office; capable of clear, well formatted summaries and dashboards (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Very proficient in English (drafting letters/reports); Vietnamese native level.
• Basic knowledge of FIDIC General Conditions of Contract.
