Leading overall Technical support for production line running smoothly. Supports production processes, improves efficiency, and coordinates with designer and maintenance teams.

• Define and develop the process flow for new products, including defining and maintaining routing and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Create process and manufacturing documents, including production drawings, jigs, work instructions, and monitoring...
• 5+ years factory and production engineering management experience
• Background in steel framing, aluminum fabrication, modular construction, or similar
• Proven experience managing multi-line or multi-product manufacturing
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Vietnamese language required; English working proficiency preferred
• Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
