II. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receive and handle new inquiries from clients
  • Prepare and submit quotations to clients
  • Follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Handle import customs clearance procedure.
  • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure on-time delivery to clients.

Strong mentality Intermediate English is required Proficient in MS Word, Excel Good team-work skill Fresh graduates are also welcome CV must be in English We need long-term member only (Over 2 years)

  • NICE TO HAVE

1) Majors related to economics, finance & accounting are preferred. 2) Foreign company experience is preferred.
