JOB DESCRIPTION

• Act as a liaison/translator between the Executive Director and teams managed by him
• Support in communicating with these teams and monitor/follow-up on task progress
• Translate real-time conversations and documents (Vietnamese & English)

• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Strong translation and communication skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Able to work under pressure

• Previous experience in HR, QA, or engineering
• Degree in HR, Law, Engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of labour laws and HR practices in Vietnam
