Livestream Operation Executive
- Job Description
- Operate TikTok livestreams onsite, ensuring smooth technical setup and real-time support for KOLs, KOCs and Celebs.
- Execute pre-livestream planning activities, ensuring all preparations are completed accurately and on time.
- Participate in brainstorm and execution part for livestream events, social content and video shooting.
- Oversee assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Track and analyze livestream performance, summarize key results, and report insights for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Job Requirements
- Strong adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with competing priorities.
- Willing to work late hours and be onsite for long livestream sessions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed.
- A “can-do” attitude, eager to learn.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in every assigned task.
- Interest in Influencer Marketing.
- Strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Result-driven & problem-solving approach.
- Very strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
- English requirement: Working Proficiency.
