- Minimum 10 years of experience in sea freight forwarding, including at least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Strong experience in both pricing and export operation.
- Good knowledge of forwarding/operational systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team support skills.
- Leadership potential and experience in guiding staff is preferred.
- Good command of English
