- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Pharmacy
- At least 2 years of experience in formulation development of pharmaceutical products in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong hands-on experience in formulation & process development
- Research multi-source information, verify, and breakdown
- Data-driven working
- Proficiency in operating Lab & Production machinery (High shear mixer, Fluid bed dryer, Blender, Cone mill, etc.)
- Good command of English
