We are seeking a visionary Mechanical BIM Section Head to spearhead our mechanical engineering department's digital transformation. The Role & Impact: As the Section Head, you will be the driving force behind our BIM strategies, ensuring that every mechanical system—from complex HVAC networks to critical fire protection—is executed with precision and innovation. You will bridge the gap between conceptual design and physical reality, ensuring our projects set new benchmarks for efficiency and quality. Your Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of BIM engineers and modelers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Oversee the development of comprehensive 3D models for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems. Drive technical coordination and clash detection processes to eliminate site conflicts before they happen. Manage project timelines and resource allocation to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality BIM deliverables. Implement and optimize BIM standards and workflows to enhance departmental productivity. Experience: A proven track record of 10-12 years in Mechanical Engineering with a heavy focus on BIM implementation. Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in BIM , Mechanical Engineering , and Engineering principles is essential. Software Expertise: Advanced skills in Revit MEP , Navisworks , and other industry-standard BIM tools. Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and Project Management within a fast-paced engineering environment. Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of HVAC Systems , Plumbing & Fire Protection , and Clash Detection methodologies. Career Level: This is an Experienced level role requiring a strategic mindset and the ability to manage complex technical workflows. Location: Must be able to work On-site in Cairo, Egypt .
