Resident Engineer - Architecture

Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and quality-related issues.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.

Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and support project handover activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

10-15 years of experience in architectural site supervision or resident engineering.

Strong experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.

Solid knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and finishing works.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
