Junior Manager Digital Logistics Solutions (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities As a Junior Manager in Digital Logistics Solutions, you will help us improve and further develop our digital logistics systems, with CargoWise playing a key role in our operations. You will work closely with logistics teams, Finance, IT and international colleagues to make our processes smarter, more efficient and better connected. Support the development and optimisation of our CargoWise platform Analyse logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement Help design and implement digital solutions and system integrations Participate in international projects and system rollouts Support user training and knowledge sharing across the organisation Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners

Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Interest in digitalisation, logistics, and business processes

Analytical mindset and willingness to learn

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage

Experience with CargoWise, ERP systems, or other business applications is a plus, but not required
