Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an effective compliance management framework. Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Oversee KYC and AML/CFT compliance activities. Identify, assess, and report compliance risks. Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective measures. Monitor adherence to internal policies and procedures Ensure regulatory directives are properly implemented. Conduct compliance reviews and provide guidance to departments. Prepare regular compliance reports for management. Promote a strong compliance and ethical culture throughout the institution.

Requirements

Degree in Law, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field. Relevant compliance, AML/CFT, or risk qualification is an advantage. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in banking, compliance, risk, or financial services. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, KYC, AML/CFT, and internal controls. Excellent analytical, communication, and investigative skills.
