Business Development & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies.  Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities. Drive customer acquisition and revenue generation. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients. Support the development and promotion of financial products. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Set and monitor business development and sales targets. Prepare regular business development and marketing performance reports. Work with other departments to identify opportunities for institutional growth.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, banking, microfinance, or financial services. Demonstrable record of achieving growth and revenue targets. Strong sales, negotiation, networking, communication, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of financial products and customer acquisition strategies.
