- Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for germination.
- Direct agricultural crops clipping activities .
- Organize greenhouse and nursery operations.
- Oversee deleafing horticultural crops activities.
- Tie and secure plants.
- Control reported insect, disease and weed problems.
- Determine type and quantity of stock to grow.
- Establish and maintain required environment.
- Hire, train and supervise staff.
- Order materials and stock.
- Supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding and spraying.
