Assist in procurement and selection of subcontractors and suppliers Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bills of quantities (BQ). Prepare and evaluate quotations, tenders, and contract documents. Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures throughout the construction period. Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, and variation claims. Review and negotiate quotations with subcontractors and suppliers.
