Construction Project Management Engineer (PM)

The Civil Society Support Fund (CSF) is looking for an experienced Construction Project Management Engineer to join our Engineering & Facilities Platform as Owner's Representative / PMO. If you have a passion for delivering impactful construction projects that serve communities — this role is for you. What you'll do: Act as CSF's Owner's Representative on construction, rehabilitation & renovation projects Manage 3–7 concurrent projects from initiation through closeout Review contractor submissions, claims, BOQs, and payment certificates Coordinate with consultants, supervision firms & internal teams Control budgets, timelines & quality on every project Prepare reports, dashboards & project documentation for management

What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Construction Engineering 3–5 years of experience in construction project management & site supervision Contractor-side experience is essential PMP / IPMA / PRMG certification is a plus Tech stack: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD (required) | Primavera P6, Power BI (preferred) If you're detail-oriented, field-savvy, and committed to accountability and public value
