Accounting Officer (Cost Accounting)

Manage cost accounting activities, including production cost analysis and monthly cost reporting. Calculate product costs and perform cost variance analysis. Monitor and ensure the accuracy of inventory records and related transactions. Prepare inventory reports and reconcile inventory-related accounts. Maintain fixed asset records, including acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation. Conduct periodic physical counts of inventory and fixed assets. Analyze and control costs to support management decision-making. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other related departments. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of inventory control and fixed asset accounting. Experience in product costing and cost variance analysis. Good understanding of accounting standards and relevant tax regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP will be an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
