About The Job
We are seeking for a visa officer who is familiar with Schengen, US, UK, Arab and Asian Countries.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed information to clients about visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for various countries.
- Assist clients in preparing visa applications, including gathering and organizing required documents.
- Submit visa applications to embassies or consulates, following up on progress and ensuring timely processing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, embassies, and consulates to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, requirements, and processing times for different countries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions promptly.
Qualifications
- HND/BSc degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in visa processing and customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including visa application software.
