*Overview*

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Runner to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring that guests receive their orders promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service, a keen eye for detail, and experience in food service or hospitality environments. *Duties*

• Deliver prepared food from the kitchen to guests? tables efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all dishes are presented correctly and meet quality standards before serving
• Assist servers with food presentation and table setup as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining areas throughout the shift
• Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, preparation, or replenishing supplies when required
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary restrictions
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and provide excellent guest services
• Follow food safety protocols and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist with cleaning duties including clearing tables, sweeping, and wiping down surfaces

*Requirements*

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred but not mandatory
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic understanding of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and move quickly around the dining area
