Job Description: Work closely with Head of HR to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Company’s business strategies. Lead, supervise and provide effective guidance to Human Resources team, including HR budgeting, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development, performance and talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, and labour relations, etc. Develop, review, revise, implement, and administer HR related policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategies and objectives, compliance with statutory requirements, and adoption of industry best practices.    Responsible for coordinating, liaising and reporting with Group Office, driving the HR related policies and procedures in accordance with Group human resources management guidelines. Provide advice to Senior Management and Head of HR on HR matters in accordance to prevailing policies and regulations. Prepare HR related statistics and analytical reports as required by Senior Management/Group Office. Identify and monitor HR-related risks and take appropriate measures to mitigate potential impacts. Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures. Develop/recommend improvement and streamline HR processes as well as other HR applications for continuous improvement. Any other projects/work assigned by the Company.

Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years’ relevant experience in human resources functions within the insurance industry Sound knowledge of Employment Act and HR-related legislation Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented A high level of confidentiality and integrity Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (to be able to communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaking associates regarding assigned tasks, as well as to prepare the Group reports in Chinese)
