Staff Nurse (Aged Care / 4 Days Work / AWS + VB / 20 Days AL)

Night Shift:  7:00pm–7:00am

Must be comfortable rotating between day and night shifts

Job Responsibilities: Perform, supervise and evaluate clinical nursing care to ensure high standards of patient care.

Develop, review and update Nursing Care Plans (NCP) according to residents’ needs.

Supervise and guide Enrolled Nurses and care staff in their clinical practice.

Coordinate with nursing and other departments to provide holistic care and quality service to residents.

Support clinical training, quality improvement and nursing standards.

Requirements: Bachelor / Diploma in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board.

Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in aged care.

Strong interest in geriatric / elderly care.

Comfortable working rotating shifts.
